Shipping & Payment Policy
Shipping prices are for Australian deliveries only. Please contact us for a quote on deliveries outside of Australia. Shipping is via Australia Post unless advised otherwise.
Goods will be shipped upon confirmation of payment.
All orders need to be prepaid via Credit Card (Australian Visa or Mastercard), PayPal or Direct Deposit.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email within 2 working days of your order and you will have the option to cancel or change your order. Should we not hear from you, we will assume that you are willing to wait till the item is in stock. If the item is not delivered within 30 days, any undelivered items will be refunded in full.
What if I received a damaged item?
Should you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
What about my privacy?
Your privacy is valued and information about you will not be passed on to any entity not directly involved with supplying the goods that you have ordered.
We may offer you other products from our business or from key partners that we believe may be of interest or benefit to you. Should you wish not to receive these offers, you can opt out at any time.
The information we keep about you is generally restricted to your contact details and order history. This allows us to continually look for ways to improve the level of service you are provided with.
